Shipping
We attempt to ship all items same day or within 24 hours of payment confirmation. UPS is our preferred carrier of choice.  We do ship via USPS for orders shipping to a PO Box, Canada(usually $16.95) and all other orders leaving the United States.  General shipping is $13 for the first jacket and $7 for every jacket added. For orders other than UPS Ground(2nd Day, Overnight etc...), please call us during normal business hours to place your order.  We do this so all customers are 100% satisfied with shipping choices prior to the actual shipment.  We are available Mon thru Sat 9am to 8pm and Sundays from 1230pm to 8pm.  Please call us at (262) 658-9255.  We always do our very best to accommodate any special requests!

RETURNS
Returns must be authorized by us prior to return and must reach us within 30 days of your receipt!  Please read sizing information prior to placing your order.  We will absorb any shipping costs for return of product that is defective or a mistake has been made on our part.  For all other accepted returns there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will be the purchaser's responsibility. Any oreder not canceleed within 24 hours of order placed will be subject to the 15% restocking fee prior to crediting your account.  

Further, all returned product must reach us in new condition!  This includes all tags and extra attached buttons.  Product returned with wear, smoke damage or anything less than new condition will not be accepted.

PAYMENTS
The following forms of payment are accepted.  Money Orders and Personal Checks are accepted but will delay shipping until payment has cleared.  Online forms of payment are MasteCcard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We also accept credit cards by phone during normal business hours.  If you have any questions that you are concerned about that are not answered on our site, please do not hesitate to call us to place your order.  Please do not send cash!

CLEANING OF JACKETS
We offer and stock different styles and types of jackets.  Please refer to the individual jacket for wear and cleaning instructions.
